Learning to Quilt Together

Macks Koontz

Crafting is a beautiful way to express the love and care you put into the world, and it is an especially healing experience to craft with loved ones. This photo depicts a night where me and my friend started to learn to quilt together with our lovely assistant Cicada.

Our Last Moment

Lacy Bowles

This picture represents me hugging a very close family friend as he is about to lose the battle to cancer. This was our very last moment together and he ended up passing away the next morning. Caregiving is about sharing hope, comfort, and strength because you never know when it could be the last time.
